Peter has held many senior positions in MNCs as well as start-ups as a founder over a 35 year period. He was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank as well as a licenced fund manager. Within Macquarie he was involved in the formation of several significant real estate funds and securitized real estate lending businesses in which Macquarie was an early mover and the largest player in the Australian market. Peter received the first foreign PE funds management licence issued in China as well as a Capital Markets Services Licence in Singapore. Peter has extensive experience as a principal investor, senior lender and mezzanine lender and has established networks of wholesale investors globally to provide the necessary credit lines to build the NBFISI FUM. Peter is also an established investor in infrastructure, bio and medical tech and the resource sector on a cross border basis. Peter is also a founding director of CEP Energy, Chair of real estate fund Valore Investment Partners and Chair of NBFI Secured Investments Ltd. Peter was the chairman and founder of CPG Capital Partners Ltd (Singapore), Global Funds Management Pte Ltd (Singapore) and International Litigation Partners (BVI) and Litigation Capital Partners Pte Ltd (Singapore).

Craig has held senior management roles in the Banking and Finance industry for over 30 years. Craig was previously employed by Australia’s largest Commercial Mortgage Fund, Challenger Commercial Lending for 20 years as Head of Commercial Lending. Craig’s responsibilities included managing the lending activities including new business, arrears management, maturity profiling, broker, risk management, budget determination and pricing. In his position, he liaised with internal asset and funds management staff, researchers, industry bodies, brokers and borrowers. Craig was a member of the Mortgage Management Credit Risk, Compliance, Operational Risk and Credit Committee’s and won Money Magazine’s Fund Manager of the year for Mortgage Trusts seven times.

Geoff brings over 34 years of experience in the finance industry which includes some 14 years within the mortgage/funds management field performing various roles within both bank and nonbank environments. Geoff’s previous positions include Operation Manager with Global Capital Corporation actioning multiple project functions, Operations Manager at MCCA Limited responsible for two interstate offices, and Team Leader (Manager) of commercial lending operations for Challenger Commercial Lending and the Challenger Howard Mortgage Fund. Challenger Commercial Lending won Money Magazine’s fund manager of the year for Mortgage Trusts seven times. Geoff brings a vast knowledge of the commercial lending, mortgage trust and fund management fields. Geoff’s focus is to ensure each client that engages with the Company, gains the ultimate borrowing or investment experience through the implementation of quality processes and procedures throughout the various segments of the business.

Duncan is the recently retired Chair of Baker & McKenzie Law Firm in Australia and was the head of their Banking & Finance Practice. Duncan was a former Partner of Gibert & Tobin Law Firm and the founder of their Banking & Finance Division. Prior to that Duncan was with Allen & Overy Law Firm in London and earlier with Goldman Sachs London. Duncan has decades of Banking, Finance and Mergers & Acquisition experience.
